When I asked Chloe what theme she wanted for her fourth birthday party, I was expecting a mix of Frozen and Paw Patrol, but to my surprise she asked for pink flowers, and pink flowers is what she got! We did a 'Four-ever Wild' theme and it turned out better than I could've imagined.
The original plan was to keep things small, but when we sold our home I thought it was a cause for celebration. It's the last party I'll be throwing in this house for any of our children, and I wanted it to be a memorable one.
I was lucky enough to work with some wonderful vendors for this event, which you can check out below. Not only is their stuff the absolute cutest, but they were so reliable and a pleasure to work with.
The sweet table was a guest-favourite! We had an adorable and DELISH cake from Sammy Cakes (with the CUTEST custom acrylic cake topper from Pink Sapphire Co.), rice krispie flowers courtesy of my sister-in-law, and daisy cookies from Yellow Cup Cafe. I also filled these cute treat boxes with pretzels and popcorn, which were a hit. I made the 'Four-ever Wild' sign on Canva, and had it printed locally at The Printing House. I typically do the same thing for a backdrop for all my kids parties, and I use an Ikea Ribba Frame to hold the poster.
I can't get over how sweet the kids table turned out thanks to Party Et Cie. They were so generous to gift us the tableware for the party, which I am forever grateful for - it was so cute! I also added a daisy arrangement in the centre using my fav new vase - it's perfect for a simple table setting and it's acrylic which gives me peace of mind with the kiddos.
The table and chairs were supplied by Amore Decor who I am also super grateful for, because of the last minute person that I am, they were able to get me exactly what I needed in no time. I love that they had the option of pillows (that matched my decor!) instead of chairs. I found it much easier for the kids to plop down on a cushion vs trying to move a chair around in the grass. Amore Decor also put me in touch with Play Their Way, who helped me out in a pinch with the bouncy castle, ball pit, and bouncy animals. Needless to say, these were a hit with the kiddos. I also added these adorable flower balloons to the castle and I LOVE how it turned out!
For favours, we like to do something that our guests can hopefully get use out of. This year we opted for these fun reversible bucket hats and personalized sunglasses from Bella Creations. The kids LOVED seeing their names on their new sunnies, which they can hopefully use them all summer long. We used pink favour boxes with daisy gift tags to hold all the goodies and the kids later added their pinata finds to their boxes.
Apart from all the pretty decor, we had perfect weather, and most importantly our sweet girl had the BEST time celebrating another trip around the sun. I hope you can find inspiration here when hosting your next event and if you have any questions, please leave them below.
