Shipping & Returns
We want every experience with The TKL Box and The Box Boutique to feel seamless and enjoyable. Please note that these two offerings have different policies, outlined below.
The TKL Box
All items in The TKL Box are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except for items that arrive damaged or incorrectly shipped.
- Boxes are shipped quarterly according to the subscription schedule.
- Subscribers will receive tracking information via email once the box ships.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@topknotliving.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Photos showing the damage or incorrect item
If approved, the item will be replaced at no additional cost. Items damaged through normal wear and tear cannot be returned.

The Box Boutique
All items in The Box Boutique are final sale and available while quantities last. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except for damaged or incorrectly shipped items.
- Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days.*
- Items are carefully hand-selected and packaged by our small team.
*Orders placed during sales or promotions may require additional processing time.
Shipping for The Box Boutique
Local Delivery
- Free local delivery on orders over $99 (option appears automatically at checkout if available in your area)
- Flat rate of $7 applies for orders under $99.
- Delivery: 2–10 business days.
- Tracking is not available for local delivery.
Ontario Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $149.
- Orders under $149: flat rate $12.50.
- Delivery: 2–10 business days.
Canada Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $149.
- Orders under $149: calculated at checkout.
- Carriers: Canada Post or UPS, depending on location.
- Delivery: 2–10 business days.
USA Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over $299 CAD.
- Orders under $299: calculated at checkout.
- Carriers: Canada Post or UPS, depending on location.
- Delivery: 3–12 business days.
International Shipping
