All items are considered final sale.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, with the exception of any items that have been damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped.
We can't wait for you to receive your items and decorate your home! We do our best to ensure your pieces are packaged safely and shipped to you as soon as possible. Our small team handpicks all orders and we do our best to have them packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the initial order date.*

*Canada Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $149
For shipping across Canada, we use either Canada Post or UPS depending on your location. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery, or refer to your tracking number for updates on the arrival time. Rates are calculated at check out.
*USA Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $250 CAD
For shipping across continental United States, we use either Canada Post or UPS depending on your location. Please allow 3-12 business days for delivery, or refer to your tracking number for updates on the arrival time. Rates are calculated at check out.

Returns / Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, just as much as we loved hand selecting it for you!
All purchases from Top Knot Living are considered final sale, with the exception of any products that may have arrived damaged or incorrect during shipping.
Although we carefully inspect all of our pieces before shipment and all items are shipped in new condition, it’s possible that damages may occur during shipping. Please report any damages to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s). Please include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Reason you are seeking a return of your product(s)
* Please include applicable photographs showing the damage or incorrect product.
If a damaged product is accepted for return, a member of our Team will provide you with return shipping detail instructions and Top Knot Living will replace any damaged item(s) at no additional cost. Returns must be received by our warehouse no later than thirty (30) days after initial delivery. The product must be returned in its original, unused/unwashed condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.
Once the product has been returned at the Top Knot Living warehouse, please allow up to one week for our Team to conduct a quality control review of the product(s) and issuance of the refund/replacement. If a replacement is not available, then we will refund your order. Refunds are made to the original method of payment. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via e-mail. Please allow fourteen (14) days for the refund to post back to your account.
We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Order Cancellations / Exchanges
As all items are FINAL SALE. We unfortunately are unable to accept order cancellations or exchanges at this time.
