Our mission at Top Knot Living Inc. is to inspire people to make their happy place, whatever and where ever that may be, a beautiful space. We are looking for someone with a passion for home decor, who has a knack for sales and a similar TKL aesthetic. 

As a Sales Associate you will provide customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service. Utilize effective sales techniques and provide in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Provide sincere, friendly and energetic customer service.
• Assist customers with special services including: gift wrap, special orders, and furniture orders.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits.
• Efficiently and accurately perform register transactions
• Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards, straighten, clean and help maintain stockroom as needed.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items.
• Photographing for social media and email marketing when required
• Preparing/ packing The TKL Box
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

If you are someone who:

• Loves home decor
• Succeeds in a team environment, while being able to work independently & manage your own time
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment & is constantly looking for ways to think outside-the-box
• Know what questions to ask your customers in order to understand their personal decor style & needs
• Has a High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Has 1-2 years customer service experience and retail sales experience.
