Our mission at Top Knot Living Inc. is to inspire people to make their happy place, whatever and where ever that may be, a beautiful space. We are looking for someone with a passion for home decor and social media, who has a knack for home styling and a similar TKL aesthetic. 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Developing a social media marketing strategy
• Creating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content for The TKL Shop (original text, images, and/or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales
• Growing and expanding The TKL Shop/ The TKL Box social media presence into new social media platforms, while increasing presence on existing platforms
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely matter and monitor customer reviews
• Working closely with other team members to ensure brand consistency
• Monitoring campaigns, and analyzing and reporting on data obtained
• Assisting Caroline in writing and managing The TKL Blog
• Assisting in packing The TKL Shop orders (ongoing) and The TKL Box (quarterly)
• Unpacking shipments and new arrivals

If you are someone who…

• Experience in social media management
• Experience in creating social media strategies
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has interior decorating experience
• Excels in organization, and time management
• Has basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop 
• Has a valid driver's license and a vehicle to be used for work (Top Knot Living Inc. will reimburse for mileage)
